I came into real estate in 2015 after six years inside SaaS sales - close enough to the product side to be dangerous, far enough from a sale to feel the gaps. The first thing I noticed as a working agent: the gap between what CRMs claim in a demo and what they do in a Tuesday-afternoon pipeline review.
Every CRM round-up I read online was either thinly disguised affiliate copy or a list scraped from G2. So in 2019 I started keeping my own scorecards, 90 days at a time, on every platform I evaluated for my own brokerage. By 2024 the scorecards were detailed enough that other agents in my MLS started asking for them. RealEstateCRM.top is that scorecard, in public, with the same standards I use for my own deals.
